Keyboard shortcuts - Panther

Panther is built to be driven from the keyboard. These shortcuts work throughout the app.

Everywhere

`/`	Open the command palette
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `1`–`9`	Switch to tab 1–9
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `/`	Open the AI Assistant and start typing

Tabs & panels

Shortcut	Action
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `Shift` + `T`	New tab
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `W`	Close the active panel (web)
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `X`	Clear all panels from the current tab (desktop)
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `Shift` + `X`	Close the current tab (desktop)

Desktop app extras

The desktop app adds native menu shortcuts:

`Cmd/Ctrl` + `T`	New tab
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `Shift` + `N`	New window
`Cmd/Ctrl` + `,`	Open Settings

On the web, new tabs use Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + T so they don’t clash with your browser’s own new-tab shortcut. In the desktop app, plain Cmd/Ctrl + T works.
