# Chart
> Price history for any market, with your positions and orders marked.
The **Chart** panel gives any market a professional price chart — the same charting engine you'd find in an equities terminal, pointed at prediction markets. Open it with / → `CHT`, or use the chart built into every [Event Viewer](/panels/event-viewer).
## What you can do
* **Timeframes & ranges** — from a 1-day view down to minute bars, out to the market's full history (5y / 1y / 3m / 5d / 1d presets, with a custom interval picker).
* **Indicators** — a full technical-analysis library: moving averages, RSI, Bollinger Bands, and dozens more from the **Indicators** menu.
* **Compare markets** — **+ Markets** overlays other outcomes from the same event, so you can watch candidates or teams race each other on one chart.
* **Volume** — traded volume renders under the price so you can see *when* the market was active, not just where it moved.
* **Your trades, on the chart** — open positions and resting orders appear as horizontal lines, putting your entries in context.
* **Scales** — flip between percent, log, and auto scaling; prices read directly as implied probability.
* **Snapshot** — the camera button captures the chart for sharing.
Price = probability, so chart patterns read differently here: a market drifting from 60¢ to 90¢ is the world becoming more certain. Sharp spikes usually mean news landed — check the [Trades tape](/panels/event-viewer) to see how the market digested it.
Prediction markets trade in cents, so very quiet markets can show stretches of flat price — that's normal for longer-dated questions between news cycles.
